Strength & Conditioning
Our mainstay program. Built from CrossFit roots with a modern approach -- more structure, more predictable results, less wear and tear on the body. Combines functional strength, conditioning, and skill work in a coached 60-minute session.
Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting focused on improving your lifts and maximizing your potential with a barbell. Whether you're learning the clean & jerk for the first time or chasing a new PR, this class is built for progress.
Hyrox (Open Gym)
Available during open gym hours for self-guided training. Our facility is equipped with everything you need to prepare for Hyrox competition including running stations and functional fitness equipment. Train at your own pace using our structured programming or create your own workouts.
