We publish our prices because we’re proud of what they buy. Coaching is the product — a coach who knows your name, programming that’s planned, and a floor where you belong. If you’re comparing us to a $10 big-box, we’re not it. On purpose.
For the three-days-a-week athlete building a rhythm.
$200/moFor regulars who want every class and the open floor too.
$240/moFor experienced lifters who run their own program.
$50/moFor specific goals, a tight schedule, or a private track.
$120–150/hourMilitary & first responders: 5% off any membership. Veteran-owned, and proud of it.
Every membership starts the same way: a free consultation and the Foundations week. That part isn’t optional, and it’s why this works.
Commitment: memberships start with 90 days — change takes time, and we’d rather have people who are giving it a real shot. After that it’s month to month: cancel with 30 days’ notice.
We reply the same day. A real coach, not a bot.
“The programming is well thought out, challenging, and scalable for all fitness levels, so you’re always making progress.”— Christopher P., member
A $10 membership is priced for people who stop coming. The model only works if most members never show up. Ours is the opposite — we only work when you show up, so everything in the price exists to keep you showing up.
If all you need is a room, a big-box is honestly cheaper — take it. If you want coaching, a plan, and people, that’s what the price is for.
Before you pick a plan, you start like every member before you: a free consultation, then the Foundations week — one-on-one coaching to learn the basics, set a baseline, and understand your body. It’s non-negotiable, and it’s the reason a first-month beginner can train next to a 10-year athlete without getting hurt or left behind.
A conversation with a coach. Goals, history, and what your week actually looks like. No sales pitch — if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
A week of one-on-one coaching. Learn the basics, set a baseline, understand your body. Every member starts here, and nobody gets thrown into the deep end.
Standard, Unlimited, open gym, or personal training. By the end of your Foundations week you’ll know which one fits — and so will your coach.
Because you’re buying coaching, not access. A coach on every rep, programming in planned cycles, three levels in every class, a monthly body-comp scan — that’s payroll, planning, and attention, not a door code. If a room of machines keeps you training, we’re genuinely glad. For most people we meet, it didn’t.
Train three days a week — Standard. Want unlimited classes plus the open floor — Unlimited. Run your own program — Open Gym. Want one coach and one plan — personal training. The free consult sorts it out in one conversation, and the Foundations week confirms it.
Yes. A $30 day pass covers any class, and it’s credited toward your first month if you join. The consultation itself is free.
Memberships start with a 90-day commitment — change takes time, and we’d rather have people who are giving it a real shot. After that it’s month to month: give us 30 days’ notice and you’re done. No retention scripts, no hoops.
Military and first responders take 5% off any membership. We’re veteran-owned — it matters here.
Morning through evening — see this week’s schedule. Open gym is available 7 days a week, between classes and after hours.
Book the free consult. We’ll talk goals, walk the floor, and help you pick the right plan — and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
Or just try it — $30 day pass, credited toward your first month.
We reply the same day. A real coach, not a bot.
