Getting Started

Is Black Iron Athletics beginner-friendly?

Yes, all fitness levels are welcome. Our coaches scale every workout to your ability so you can train safely and effectively from day one.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. We meet you where you are. Many of our members started with zero fitness experience. You just have to be willing to show up.

What's the first step to joining?

Book a free consultation. We'll talk about your goals, give you a tour, and recommend the best program for you.

What if I'm working through an old injury — can you modify?

Absolutely. Our coaches are experienced at working around injuries and limitations. Every movement can be modified or substituted so you can train safely while you recover.

What should I wear to my first class?

Athletic clothes and shoes you can move in. Cross-training shoes work best. We provide everything else.
