Do I need to be a Black Iron Athletics member?

No. The Blueprint works for anyone, anywhere. It's built around the free Black Iron Macro Calculator, which is available online to everyone. If you're a local BIA member, you'll get even more value from InBody scans and in-person coaching, but the system works independently.

Do I need to track macros?

We strongly recommend it, especially in Year 1. Tracking gives you the data to make each phase work. Most people need 2-3 years of consistent tracking before they can intuitively eat at their targets. The Decade Roadmap covers this progression.

What if I'm starting mid-year?

Jump into whatever phase aligns with the current calendar quarter. The system is designed as an annual cycle — you'll get the full experience your first January.

Is this a meal plan?

No. The Blueprint gives you macro targets and a structured framework for each phase. You choose what to eat. This is about flexibility and sustainability, not rigid meal plans that fall apart after two weeks.

What if I have a medical condition?

This Blueprint provides general nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. If you have diabetes, thyroid conditions, eating disorders, or any other medical concern, consult your doctor before starting any nutrition program.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription renews annually. You can cancel anytime before renewal and keep access through the end of your paid year.
