A year-long nutrition periodization framework that cycles through four distinct phases to optimize body composition, performance, and metabolic health.
Why Cycle Phases?
Your metabolism is adaptive. Staying in a caloric deficit too long causes your body to down-regulate energy expenditure, halt fat loss, and lose muscle. Staying in a surplus too long leads to excessive fat gain. Periodizing nutrition — just like training — keeps your metabolism responsive and your progress moving forward.
The FuelPath system cycles through Baseline → Cut → Maintain → Build in 13-week blocks. Each phase has a specific metabolic goal, calorie strategy, and set of supplements. After one full cycle, you start again — leaner, stronger, and more metabolically efficient than before.
