We are excited to have one of our very own members bring a special workshop to the Black Iron Community! This will be completely FREE to our members and anyone who might like to jump in but members will get the first available slots.

On Sunday, July 18th from 12-1:30 pm Sonja will lead you through an hour and a half of mobility specially designed around our program. Here is what she is looking to accomplish...
"My goal for this yoga class is to encourage each athlete to tune into their bodies and connect deeper to their breath. I'm offering this class as a traditional vinyasa flow with CrossFit-specific mobility in mind to help improve movements and recovery. There will be some balancing challenges included as well because we all love a good challenge. I want yogis to leave the session feeling clear-headed, relaxed mentally and physically, and that they just had the best stretch of their lives."
